DialogCAD provides software services for CAD automation assistance, including macro generation and technical retrieval for CATIA V5/V6 environments. By using the service, you agree to lawful use, account security responsibilities, and prohibition of abusive or unauthorized reverse engineering activities.

The service is provided "as is" during beta. Availability, functionality, and pricing may evolve. DialogCAD is not liable for indirect damages, production downtime, or losses caused by misuse of generated scripts without technical validation by your team.

DialogCAD collects only data necessary to deliver the service: account identity, business contact details, technical usage logs, and optional onboarding information. We do not sell personal data.
Customer-submitted prompts may be processed to provide responses, improve reliability, and secure the service. Sensitive industrial information should be minimized or anonymized where possible.
Data is hosted primarily on Google Cloud infrastructure in Montreal, Canada, with security controls including encryption in transit and at rest.
GDPR/LGPD Compliance Statement
DialogCAD supports GDPR and LGPD principles: transparency, lawful basis, minimization, user rights, and secure processing. Data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, export) are handled through legal support channels.
Data Retention Policy
Account and contractual records are retained as required by applicable law. Usage logs are retained for operational security and reliability for a limited period, then anonymized or deleted. Inactive beta records may be removed after internal review and compliance checks.
